    Position Overview

    AboveAir is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Desk Agent to support our national network of manufacturer representatives and regional sales managers. This role serves as a critical link between our internal teams and national sales partners, ensuring clear communication, accurate information flow, and a seamless customer experience throughout the full lifecycle of each service call.


    Representative Support

    Handle inbound service calls, schedule service appointments, maintain the CRM database, and triage incoming service requests.Schedule service call troubleshooting with service technicians.Support national sales reps with quoting, pricing coordination, and product selection assistance.Assist with bid tracking, project follow-up, and pipeline visibility.Ensure timely responses aligned with customer deadlines.Provide freight and lead time support during bidding and order execution.Conduct follow-up to resolve issues and maintain strong relationshipsMaintain accurate documentation of customer interactions


    Cross-Functional Collaboration & Resolution

    • Coordinate internally to align on service call status and shipment timing

    • Facilitate communication to support timely issue resolution

    • Escalate concerns appropriately while maintaining ownership of the customer experience


    Customer Relationship Ownership

    • Act as a trusted resource for customers and sales representatives

    • Maintain long-term relationships through proactive communication and accountability

    Qualifications

    Position Overview

    The Technical Engineer plays a key role in supporting the design, development, and application of AboveAir’s HVAC products.     Key Responsibilities

    Provide technical expertise on AboveAir HVAC products to internal teams, customers, and channel partners.Support the design, testing, and validation of new and existing products, including airflow, refrigeration, and control systems.Review project specifications, submittals, and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with product capabilities and industry standards.Assist in troubleshooting field issues, analyzing root causes, and recommending corrective actions.Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve production challenges and improve product quality.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, wiring diagrams, and performance data.Participate in product improvement initiatives, leveraging customer feedback and field performance insights.Provide training and technical support for sales teams, service technicians, and end users.Ensure all engineering activities align with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.


    Qualifications

    Position Overview

    We’re looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused CRAC/CRAH Service Technician to join our technical support team. This is a in office position with no travel required, ideal for an experienced technician who enjoys troubleshooting, guiding customers, and solving problems from a centralized support environment.

    You’ll provide expert assistance for Computer Room Air Conditioners (CRAC) and Computer Room Air Handlers (CRAH), helping customers diagnose issues, interpret alarms, and navigate system operations.

     

    Representative Support

    · Provide phone-based technical support for CRAC/CRAH equipment, controls, and related systems

    · Troubleshoot alarms, performance issues, and operational faults using customer-provided information

    · Walk customers through corrective steps, maintenance procedures, and system checks

    · Review system logs, sensor data, and controller behavior to identify root causes

    · Document all support interactions, findings, and recommended actions

    · Escalate complex or critical issues to engineering or field service teams when needed

    · Assist with startup support, configuration guidance, and best-practice recommendations

    · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, firmware updates, and industry standards

    · Excellent communication skills, especially in guiding customers step-by-step over the phone

    · Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

    · Comfortable working in a structured, phone-support environment

    · Bilingual abilities a plus.
