About the Position
As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will help them achieve greater independence and enhance their quality of life through daily assistance, encouragement, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
Support individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and mobilityAssist with community integration and participation in recreational activitiesPromote independence, self-advocacy, and personal growthMaintain accurate records and documentation as requiredCollaborate with team members, families, and other professionalsQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent requiredCMT Certification requiredCPR & First Aid requiredPrevious experience working with individuals with disabilities requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and reliableValid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plusAbility to pass background checks and required trainingWhat We Offer
