Schedules emergency repair activities according to priority and the abilities of assigned personnel.     • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in building engineering, facilities management, or a related field.

    Technical Skills:

    • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

    • Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and energy efficiency practices.

    Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Certifications:

    • EPA Universal Certification for refrigerants (preferred).

    • Relevant trade licenses or certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.
