    Position Summary

    The Garnishments Coordinator is responsible for the administration, processing, and compliance of all employee wage garnishments, including federal, state, local, bankruptcy, child support, tax levies, creditor garnishments, and other court-ordered deductions.

    This role works closely with Payroll Analysts, HR, Legal, Employee Relations, and external agencies to ensure all wage withholding orders are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with federal and state regulations.

    Employee requests and garnishment inquiries are managed through ServiceNow, requiring timely case management, thorough documentation, and resolution within established service level agreements (SLAs).

    The ideal candidate has extensive experience administering wage garnishments in a high-volume enterprise payroll environment and is proficient with JD Edwards (JDE), ADP, and ServiceNow.

     

    Responsibilities

    Employees work in teams to maintain cleanliness of the manufacturing area. This includes wipe-down of tables, chairs, cabinets, racks, benches and safety showers. Cleaning of floors is completed with HEPA vacuum & mop.

    Material handling: Externally transfer various containers and production items necessary to maintain production quotas in a cleanroom environment. Cleaned items are stocked in specific locations inside the cleanrooms.

    Cleaning experience is helpful, but not necessary as long as the candidate is willing to learn the cleanroom specific skills necessary for the job. Hands on and documented safety & security training provided by ABM and customer. Required safety training and procedures of the job will be explained during the interview process to give any candidates a clearer sense of responsibility.
