The Vice President of Test & Balance (T&B) Services provides enterprise leadership for ABM's T&B business, driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and consistent delivery quality across all assigned geographies. Ensures operational and sales compliance with NEBB/TABB requirements and delivering T&B solutions for clients. The VP sets the overall strategy, standards, and performance expectations for the business.

    This role leads multi-region operations and sales execution, develops scalable service delivery and training programs, ensures strong quality/document control practices for all required T&B reporting, and partners with Finance leaders to drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.

    Essential Functions

    Strategy, Growth, and Client Leadership Own overall T&B business strategy, go-to-market approach, and annual growth plan (revenue, margin, and market expansion).
