Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pest control Required.
- Strong knowledge of pest biology, treatment methods, and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to perform inspections and treatments, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environments.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

A "floater" is a versatile technician who is flexible to work in various roles or locations within the company, providing support wherever needed. This position offers a schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Candidates will undergo six weeks of paid training at $17 per hour, after which they are guaranteed a minimum pay of $1,850 per pay period before taxes, bi-monthly.
