Responsibilities:Install, service, and repair overhead doors, dock levelers, dock seals, and related loading dock equipmentDiagnose mechanical and electrical issues on commercial and industrial door systemsPerform preventative maintenance inspections on dock equipment and overhead door systemsTroubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic dock levelersRespond to service calls in a timely and professional manner across the greater Nashville, TN areaCommunicate effectively with customers on-site regarding repairs, timelines, and recommendationsMaintain accurate service records, parts inventory, and work ordersRequirements:Prior experience with overhead doors, loading dock equipment, or related mechanical/industrial systems preferredBasic electrical knowledge, including low-voltage wiring and motor operatorsAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and equipment manualsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordComfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, and in varying weather conditionsStrong troubleshooting skills and a self-motivated, problem-solving mindsetExcellent customer service and professional communication skillsAbout Us:ABC Docks LLC is a trusted provider of loading dock and overhead door solutions serving commercial and industrial clients throughout the Nashville, TN region.
