About the Role:
We are seeking a proven leader to modernize and rebuild our company-wide system for:
WorkloadingLabor standardsProduction rate optimizationEstimating & bid accuracyTraining and rollout to operations teamsThis is a high-impact role with executive visibility. You will help design the playbook that determines how we staff, price, and operate every commercial cleaning contract.
What You’ll Own:
Build and implement a standardized workloading and estimating methodologyDevelop production rate benchmarks and labor standards (sq. ft. per hour)Conduct time studies, route analysis, and workflow optimizationImprove bid accuracy through job costing feedback and real-world validationIdentify and eliminate “lost time” (travel time, setup, rework, inefficiencies)Implement best practices (team cleaning, hybrid cleaning models, sequencing)Train supervisors, managers, and estimating staff to use the new systemHelp evaluate and deploy technology tools for inspections, work orders, and labor managementWhat Success Looks Like:

7+ years experience in one or more of the following:Commercial janitorial / contract cleaningFacility services operationsHealthcare EVS or housekeeping operationsLabor-heavy field operations (multi-site)Strong estimating and labor modeling experienceProven ability to improve labor efficiency and operational performanceComfortable working in the field (observations/time studies) and in the office (models/pricing)Advanced Excel skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent work experienceLean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)BSCAI certifications (CBSE or RBSM)Experience with janitorial software platforms such as:Janitorial ManagerCleanTelligentSimilar workloading / inspection / labor management systemsKey Skills We’re Looking For:
