Assigned sales goals are obtained through strategic analysis of account data, strong knowledge of accounts aesthetic goals, understanding of market dynamics, application of consultative selling and implementation of the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan. Complies with required reports, requests, and compliance policies. Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Consistently achieves sales quota across portfolio. Proficient in sales execution component of marketing plans. Independently creates call and business development plans across the product portfolio. Demonstrates adaptability and creativity with multiple initiatives. * Sales processes must be focused toward business growth and relationship building. * Manages attainment of assigned sales quota and customer satisfaction through consistent communication with the Regional Manager and Inside Sales Area Manager, managing own sample allocation, placing orders, providing marketing materials, and assisting accounts with marketing strategies. Also leads execution on all campaigns/promotions, new product launches, training of accounts on Allergan programs and other sales related initiatives. * Develop product knowledge and utilize to best serve customer's current business needs, as well as to prospect new products, program, and training opportunities with current accounts and to identify and qualify new business. Educate the customer regarding indications, contraindications, and safety of the products, and how they fulfill the needs of the customer. Obtain information needed to accurately understand problems and use this information to determine solutions and formulate new and innovative ideas proactively solve customer problems in a manner that exceeds customer expectations. * Identifying growth opportunities to include: expanding reach with customer base, expanding product portfolio utilization with existing accounts, and launching new products and new product indications. * Educating and supporting the customer with marketing strategies including but not limited to website and social media development, internal office branding, patient segmentation, and external marketing strategies. * Pre-planning sales calls and maintaining efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer engagement. * Maintaining updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products. * Maintaining compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of business operations. * Collaboration with Regional Manager, respective field reps and Inside Sales Area Manager - Work cross- functionally with field sales in order to drive sales objectives, cultivate relationships, and collaborate on growth opportunities. * Leave of absence and vacant territory coverage includes collaboration with the respective Sales Representative, Region Manager, and Inside Sales Area Manager to develop and negotiate a coverage plan. This can include consistent communication- managing own sample allocation, placing orders, providing marketing materials, and assisting accounts with marketing and business development strategies. Job Description The Operations Manager has oversight of a GMP production suite designed to produce antibody bulk drug intermediates. This is a multi-product production area with a diverse portfolio of primarily early phase clinical production campaigns. The Manager will lead a team comprised of supervisors and manufacturing technicians with a 7-day shift coverage model. The team's scope includes seed train expansion, production bioreactors, harvest and capture chromatography. Job Description Lead the design, strategy, and delivery of enterprise data and AI/Agentic programs across enterprise systems. This role combines technical leadership with organizational navigation; you will be the bridge between complex business needs and technical execution, accountable for defining solutions, identifying the right team members and resources (both internal and external) and ensuring consistency across the data landscape. Requires a technically credible leader who understands data architecture deeply and has built or led data systems. Requires a leader who can connect and orchestrate across a large, complex organization: finding the right talent, identifying where capabilities already exist, evaluating tools based on principles, and making smart build/buy decisions. You will build and lead a small team and work closely with Business BTS partners who bring requirements from the field. In this role you must know appropriate approaches for ETL pipeline, building ML models, etc., how to best execute the work, and hold everyone accountable to standards. Responsibilities * Business Requirements Translation & Solution Design - engage with stakeholders to understand data needs, regulatory requirements and success metrics. Ask smart diagnostic questions and design end-to-end data solutions from source systems through transformation, governance, and consumption. * Develop Strategies to Leverage Enterprise Data and Tools - establish data architecture standards and patterns and enforce consistency. Own the technical platform roadmap ensuring tools and technologies are selected strategically, not reactively by individual teams. Conduct architecture reviews for major initiatives to ensure alignment to enterprise standards. * Identify Internal Resources and Partnerships - learn existing capabilities and tech landscape within the enterprise and leverage these connections so that we don't duplicate or reinvent. * Develop Cross-Functional Partnerships & Communication - work closely with the Business BTS partners within Corporate Services and HR that interface with business stakeholders. The Business BTS partners will bring requirements, you will provide technical feasibility, timelines and risk assessment. Report regularly to the Directors of BTS Corporate Service and HR on progress, risks, etc. Collaborate with security, data governance, compliance, etc. to ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements. * Develop the Operating Engagement Models - in partnership with the Directors of BTS Corporate Services and HR, create the processes that will allow this team to serve the Business BTS teams at scale. * Team Leadership, Hiring & Resource Identification -responsible for the hiring and training of new and existing staff, conduct performance reviews and provide leadership, technical guidance and coaching to staff. Build organizational talent by creating a learning environment that ensures employees realize their highest potential. * Technical Decision-Making & Build Resource Selection - evaluate build vs. buy vs. build on existing decisions. Select resources strategically deciding what work should be done by your team or purchased from vendors. Create realistic project scopes and budgets for data and AI Automation initiatives. Will manage the resource budgets - monitoring and controlling resources, expenses and capital costs against the project budget. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree with 9 years experience; Master's Degree with 8 years' experience; PhD with 4 year' experience. * Scope Management - ability to effectively manage project scope and articulate tradeoffs. * Ability to provide clear technical specifications for engineers and clear business value narratives for stakeholders. * Demonstrated ability to evaluate tools and platforms based on technical fit, organizational constraints and cost - not hype or personal preference. * Deep understanding of data architecture approaches, patterns, design principles and trade-offs. * Proficiency with SQL and at least one other programming language (i.e. Phython). * Exposure to multiple data platforms - Azure, Snowflake, AWS, Graph database (Neo4j), etc. * Exposure to multiple BI/analytics tools, integration platforms and data governance tools - PowerBI, Qlik. * Understanding of APIs, microservices and integration patterns. * Healthcare or regulated industry experience - understanding of compliance requirements, audit trails, data governance and regulatory mindset. If not directly pharma, you've worked in an environment with comparable rigor. * Ability to navigate large matrixed environments. * Strong hiring and team building acumen. * Excellent stakeholder management. * Comfortable with ambiguity & complexity. * Exposure to cloud migration, legacy system modernization or platform consolidation. * Understanding and applied literacy of ML/AI capabilities and limitations.
