The Opportunity: Work with both manual and CNC machine tools in a well-equipped tool room. You'll support the repair and maintenance of forming and progressive stamping dies while working alongside experienced tool and die makers. Responsibilities: Set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools Support die repair and maintenance operations Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Perform precision machining operations Use measuring instruments and quality control tools Take on increasing responsibility as you demonstrate capability Follow all safety protocols and procedures Qualifications: Machining experience required (manual and/or CNC) Ability to read technical drawings Experience with measuring instruments preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Safety-focused mindset Safety: All required PPE provided (hard hat, face shield, safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe shoes) Responsibilities : Programming and setup: Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work orders to determine dimensions and tolerances.
