Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Food Service Worker to join our team in Statesboro, GA. The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. This position requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food according to established recipes and food safety standards.Set up serving stations and replenish food and beverage items as needed.Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.Operate a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system, if required.Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, equipment, and workstations.Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using proper sanitation procedures.Store food items properly and assist with receiving and stocking deliveries.Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.Perform other duties as needed to support daily food service operations.Qualifications

The Bilingual Recruiter Coordinator is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of qualified candidates. This role serves as the primary point of contact for English- and Spanish-speaking applicants, ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting client staffing needs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Recruit, source, and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.Conduct phone and in-person interviews in both English and Spanish.Evaluate candidate qualifications, work history, and job fit.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Assist candidates with completing onboarding paperwork, employment documents, and pre-employment requirements.Schedule drug screens, background checks, fingerprint appointments, and other pre-employment screenings as required.Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Communicate job opportunities, schedules, pay rates, and assignment details clearly to applicants.Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure compliance with company policies.Support employee relations by responding to questions regarding assignments, payroll, attendance, and employment verification.Work closely with recruiters, branch managers, and clients to ensure staffing goals are met.Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach activities.Maintain confidentiality of employee and applicant information.Perform additional administrative and recruiting duties as assigned.Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a stand-up reach truck forklift to transport, stack, and retrieve products.Load and unload materials from trucks and storage locations.Pick, stage, and replenish inventory according to warehouse procedures.Place pallets in high rack storage locations accurately and safely.Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.Verify product quantities and locations using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts as needed.Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.Assist with general warehouse duties, including shipping, receiving, packing, and order fulfillment as assigned.Qualifications:
