    Job Summary

    ABA Journey is seeking an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team remotely, providing services to clients across Georgia. The ideal BCBA candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). BCBA MUST LIVE IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA. This is a flexible role, available as either a full-time or part-time hourly position, offering the opportunity for work-life balance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assessment & Treatment Planning:

    Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), skill assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans as a BCBA.Use evidence-based practices to design comprehensive behavior intervention programs tailored to each client's unique needs.
    Program Implementation:

    Supervise the implementation of behavior intervention plans by RBTs and other staff, ensuring fidelity to the treatment protocols.Track and analyze client progress through data, adjusting interventions as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
    As part of our organizational standards, we require all part-time salaried BCBAs to bill a minimum of 10 hours per week. This ensures we meet client needs and maintain team efficiency.

    Supervision & Training:

    Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs, ensuring they are delivering treatment with fidelity.Offer training and guidance to families, caregivers, and staff on behavior management strategies, emphasizing the role of the BCBA in their development.
    Collaboration & Communication:

    Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to create a holistic approach to client care.Maintain open communication with families and caregivers, keeping them informed about treatment progress, goals, and adjustments.
    Compliance & Documentation:

    Ensure all documentation aligns with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) standards and Georgia state regulations.Complete session notes, progress reports, and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to BCBA best practices.
    Qualifications:

    Education & Certification:

    Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
    Experience:

    A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a BCBA, preferably working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.Experience supervising RBTs and other team members is a plus.
    Skills:
