    Assist customers on the showroom floorAccept and process customer paymentsDirect customer opportunities to the Sales Manager as it relates to service and salesMaintain the appearance and organization of the customer transaction counterAssist in the maintenance of the showroom including but not limited to cleaning, organizing, and organizing merchandiseMaintain regular mailing campaign to drive revenue and partner with sales manager on sales campaignsInput customer information for new lease agreements purposesUpdate customer information and account statusesAnswer incoming phone calls and route to the appropriate team memberMeet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goalsProcess order forms and referencesFile and maintain customer folders and customer filesAny other reasonable duties requested by management

    At least 18 years oldAbility to work schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pmHigh School diploma or equivalent preferredStrong organizational and communication, both verbal and interpersonal skillsHigh energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store and multitasking effectivelyAbility to assist with lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dollyGeneral product knowledge preferredMaintain a professional appearanceProficient computer skills and telephone etiquetteStrong sales skills in person and via telephoneHigh level of energy in the workplace

As a Customer Account Manager, you will be integral in helping our customers achieve ownership by providing individualized attention in managing the Customer Accounts Department (responsible for the renewal payment process) and achieving company standards on non-renewal closing percentages. Additionally, Customer Account Managers help support the overall needs of the store by assisting other associates.     Reporting:

    Reports directly to the General Manager

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Manage the collections processCounsel customers to gain timely lease/merchandise renewalsConfirm customer identification, collect money and obtain customer signatures on lease agreementsContact customers who have not renewed merchandise agreementsMonitor customer payment history and habits and make recommendations to support the customer to ownershipMaintain customer contact over the phone and through home visitsUpdate customer information and maintain accuracyAchieve monthly account goalsReview and close lease agreements with customersAct as a key holder as necessaryFacilitate returns in collaboration with General ManagerClean and certify merchandise in the cleaning station for all merchandise personally returned

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    High energy, competitive leaderTwo years of retail, restaurant, or related management experienceTwo years of college or military preferredAbility to relocate desiredExcellent interpersonal relationship skills for daily customer contactStrong telephone mannersNeatly groomed, professional appearanceValid driver's licenseStrong technical skills or working knowledge of electronic productsRoutinely lifting, loading, and "dollying" merchandise 50-300 poundsSatisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical and drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing
