Manage the collections processCounsel customers to gain timely lease/merchandise renewalsConfirm customer identification, collect money and obtain customer signatures on lease agreementsContact customers who have not renewed merchandise agreementsMonitor customer payment history and habits and make recommendations to support the customer to ownershipMaintain customer contact over the phone and through home visitsUpdate customer information and maintain accuracyAchieve monthly account goalsReview and close lease agreements with customersAct as a key holder as necessaryFacilitate returns in collaboration with General ManagerClean and certify merchandise in the cleaning station for all merchandise personally returnedQualifications/Requirements:
