    Position Details

    1 ASC (primarily Orthopedics)Providers will be credentialed at more than one facility to provide flexibility (e.g., early out requests) but usually gravitate towards 2-3 facilities over timeNo OB, no hearts, no trauma, no neonates, no transplant-NOT shiftwork, you go home when you're doneNo in-house call. Noble call is the late day on the schedule. Most calls finish up at 7 pm.Call is not mandatoryRegional anesthesia training preferredNoble pays for providers to attend the Maverick Regional Anesthesia Course in Fort Worth35 – 50 hours/week, seasonal variation, sometimes less than 35 hours/week

    Qualifications

We are looking for a skilled and talented Pediatric Perianesthesia RN to join our office-based anesthesia practice, supporting pre/intra/post-op care for our pediatric patient population across our DFW office-based anesthesia facilities.

    If you have a heart for pediatric patients and enjoy working alongside an anesthesia and surgical team while setting the example in delivering safe, quality care — this position is for you! All nursing care is conveniently provided during standard surgeon business hours, Monday through Friday — with no evenings, Sundays, or holidays!

    Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish-speaking, are highly encouraged to apply.

    The Pediatric Perianesthesia nurse will be responsible for the pre-operative assessment and care of the pediatric patient, including intra-operative care and post-operative/recovery care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the pharmacy and supplies, safely handling all equipment, and participating in quality performance improvement activities. From time to time, we may have you assist with completing pre-operative patient assessments via our secure patient portal.

    Position Requirements

    Graduate degree from an accredited RN program with active RN licensure in the state of TXA minimum of 3 years of critical care experience (PICU, pediatric ER, NICU, or PACU); pediatric experience strongly preferredBLS, ACLS, and PALS certification requiredComfort and confidence caring for pediatric patients in an office-based settingReliable transportation and willingness to drive to client locations
