What You'll Do: You’ll join our growing administrative team and play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly and maintaining our customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Intake & Service – Answer incoming calls & texts from customers and help coordinate next stepsScheduling & Dispatch Support – Assist in building the technicians' schedules for the week, as well as the daily scheduling pivots that take place everyday. Quotes & Parts Ordering – Assist in creating quotes for customers and order parts as needed. Invoicing Customers – Prepare, review, and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.Contribute to building a great company culture at our office – one where our team and employees come firstHandle miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of administrative experience in a service, construction, HVAC, or similar industry (some relevant service industry background is required)Comfortable and effective making outbound calls while maintaining a positive, professional relationship with customersExcellent phone etiquette, charisma, and written communication skills — you will be a direct reflection of our companyStrong attention to detail, thoroughness, and organizational skillsExperience with QuickBooks, HouseCall Pro, or similar software is a big plus (not required — we’ll train)Positive, proactive attitudeGrowth and ownership mentality – someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with the companyWhy Join AABLE HVAC? What You'll Do: You'll be our frontline expert, ensuring commercial clients' systems run reliably through proactive service and precise repairs. Focus: preventative maintenance, service & repair, troubleshooting, and replacements on commercial equipment.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on RTUs, chillers, boilers, air handlers, cooling towers, VAVs, pumps, and controlsDiagnose issues quickly, provide transparent recommendations, and execute repairs/replacements with minimal disruptionBuild lasting client relationships through clear communication and proactive insightsDocument work to drive retention and referralsMaintain company vehicle, tools, and a safe, professional standardEventually start mentoring junior techs and contribute to process improvements as we grow
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of HVAC service experience (preventative maintenance and service/repair focus)Strong diagnostics skillsEPA Universal certification (required); ICC certification preferred (or willingness to obtain—we'll support testing and prep)Excellent customer communication and rapport-building skillsGrowth mindset: eager to develop skills and advanceOwnership mindset: the Capital Incentive Plan (described below) is designed to allow you to share in the upside of the company’s growth, as a result, we are adding team members that have an ownership mindset and are committed to contributing to the company’s successValid driver's license and clean driving record
