    A Whole New World Academy is seeking a warm, patient, and dedicated Lead/Assistant Teacher for our Two-Year-Old Classroom. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing, safe, and developmentally supportive environment while helping children build independence, social skills, and early academic readiness.

    Teachers do not need to create their own lesson plans — we provide a well-organized, structured curriculum along with learning materials, activities, and support. The primary responsibility is to implement the curriculum, engage with students through play-based learning, communicate with families, and contribute positively to the classroom environment. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative.

    Responsibilities
    • Supervise and care for a class of  two-year-old children
    • Implement our center’s structured curriculum and daily activities (no lesson planning required)
    • Create a welcoming, safe classroom where children feel loved, supported, and confident
    • Promote social-emotional development, early language skills, and hands-on learning
    • Maintain a clean, organized learning environment following safety and hygiene protocols
    • Communicate daily with parents regarding progress, behaviors, and milestones
    • Follow center policies, licensing requirements, and classroom management expectations

    Job Summary
    A Whole New World Academy is seeking a friendly, highly organized Office Manager to support daily daycare operations, parent communication, staff coordination, manage NJ State Childcare regulations and administrative workflow. The ideal candidate will be confident working in a school environment, comfortable interacting with children and families, and able to manage front-office tasks with professionalism and care.

    This role includes administrative duties, enrollment support, attendance tracking, scheduling, parent communication, and general assistance to the Director. The Office Manager will also support social media postings, helping keep our families engaged and showcasing classroom activities, events, and center updates.

    Responsibilities
    Manage front-desk operations with a warm, welcoming presence for families and visitors
    Assist with enrollment paperwork, attendance records, billing coordination, and student files
    Serve as a liaison between parents, teachers, and administration
    Respond to emails, phone calls, and parent inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    Support scheduling, event planning, forms, compliance documents, and daily logistics
    Maintain the center calendar and assist with staffing communication when needed
    Create and post engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, newsletters, etc.)
    Capture photos/videos (with permission) of classroom activities for marketing/updates
    Help manage website updates, flyers, announcements, and family communication tools
    Provide classroom support when necessary reading to children, transitions, pickups, etc.
    Uphold privacy, safety, and center policies at all times

    Qualifications
    High school diploma/GED required, some college preferredPrevious experience in office administration, front desk management, daycare, or school setting preferredSkilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and social media platformsStrong customer service and communication skills enjoys interacting with parents and staffComfortable working around children and supporting classroom needs occasionallyExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasksStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills
