POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides personal care and related services in the home, under the direction, instruction and supervision of the staff. Follows the plan of service to provide, safe, competent assistance to the client.Tasks to be performed by a home worker must be assigned by and performed under the supervision of a supervisor or Agency Manager. Helps the patient to maintain good personal hygiene and assists in maintaining a healthful, safe environment.Follows the plan of service to provide, safe, competent assistance to the client.Helps the patient to maintain good personal hygiene and assists in maintaining a healthful, safe environment.Plans and prepares nutritious meals.
