Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in generating revenue and supporting our service departments by converting opportunities into booked appointments. You'll work closely with customers through outbound and inbound calls, follow up on unsold estimates, perform customer satisfaction outreach, and help maximize opportunities across our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical divisions.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up on unsold HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical estimates to convert opportunities into booked appointments.Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers regarding service, maintenance, memberships, and promotions.Conduct post-service customer satisfaction ("Happy Calls") to ensure an exceptional customer experience.Handle inbound overflow calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments.Follow up on membership opportunities, renewals, and retention efforts.Maintain accurate customer records and call notes within ServiceTitan and other company systems.Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly booking goals and performance metrics.Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives, Dispatch, and Service Managers to maximize scheduling opportunities.Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.Provide a professional, positive customer experience on every interaction.Qualifications

The HVAC Warranty Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and documenting issues related to HVAC systems under manufacturer or installation warranty. This role is responsible for purchasing, inventory management, vendor coordination, and material support for our Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Residential New Construction (RNC) departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesPurchasing & Inventory Management
Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs) for materials, equipment, and supplies.Pull materials and equipment from warehouse and consignment inventory.Ensure all POs are properly received and closed daily.Track truck stock minimum/maximum levels and coordinate replenishments.Perform supply house runs as needed to support field operations.Participate in an on-call rotation schedule.Residential New Construction (RNC) Support
