    Conducts security assessments for primary customers of IIJ America, and designs security systems and processes. Builds, maintains, and upgrades security technology, such as log analysis, endpoint security, network security and so on, for the safe use of computer networks and the transmission and retrieval of information. Plans, coordinates, and implements the sales of new products and services in areas such as cyber security with Sales & Marketing Departments Performs installation and troubleshooting at site. (Required business trip.) Composes and issue work records and project records of installation and configuration for each customer. Reports the status of each project and troubleshooting progress to your team/project leader. Reports and archive actual solutions and countermeasures of troubleshooting for future reference. Controls project management for both pre-sales and post-sales. Controls projects, vendors and subcontractors for delivery and completion of projects on time. Performs product research and market trend analysis as requested by your team leader and verifies new technologies.
