We're looking for an Assistant Cleaning Technician to join our team. Experience in the carpet cleaning industry is NOT required but a strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow are a must.
As an Assistant Cleaning Technician, you will learn to provide outstanding customer service. You will understand and be able to explain the intricacies of all of our services to our customers.

Personal Attributes Required to Succeed in This Position:
Able to work unsupervised
Friendly / Helpful / Responsible
Not pushy
Effectively persuasive / assertive / able to develop rapport
On-time / prompt / punctual
4 years consecutively driving
Clean driving record
Presentable appearance
Detail-oriented
Teachable / must get along as a part of a team
Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend and participate in weekly Production meetings, Sales meetings, and One-on-One meetings.
Develop and maintain a working mastery of the cleaning and customer presentation system.
Develop and maintain a working mastery of the proper cleaning processes and procedures.
Consistently and reliably perform cleaning services according to company and industry standards.
Maintain the inventory of chemicals and equipment.
Follow all dress and grooming codes.
Inform and offer other cleaning services to customers.
Adhere to all general employee guidelines.
Company will provide:
Paid training
Great pay - $10-$12/hr for first 90 days
Qualify for Weekly and quarterly bonuses after training
