    Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    GENERAL SUMMARY

    The Material Handler II is responsible for the safe, accurate loading, unloading, movement, and storage of product within the distribution center. This role supports inbound, outbound, and inventory operations while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Pallet / Case Picking

    Process customer orders including scanning barcodes, picking, labeling, and packing boxesUse RF/voice technology to pick, pack, and process ordersVerify accuracy and ensure proper shipment packagingMaintain work areas according to SOPs and work instructionsFollow Good Documentation Practices (GDP)Complete required RF device training

    Pallet Build and Shipping

    Palletize completed orders by scanning, retrieving, and staging palletsRe-palletize products as needed for shipmentPerform dock manifest duties, including pallet scanning and shrink-wrappingTransport pallets using material handling equipment when requiredVerify shipment accuracy and packaging integrity

    Inbound / Outbound / Inventory Movement

    Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using the WMSHandle pallets safely to prevent damage and ensure product integrityOperate parcel manifest stations and prepare transportation documentation as assignedComplete tasks in a timely manner while following department procedures

    Material Handling Equipment (MHE)

    Safely operate MHE such as order pickers, reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, dock stockers, and pallet jacksReport equipment damage or maintenance issues immediatelyMaintain valid equipment certifications at all times

    Safety, Quality, and Housekeeping

    Follow all safety instructions and operating procedures to prevent injuriesReport injuries, accidents, hazards, or unsafe conditions immediatelyMaintain warehouse security and report suspicious activitySupport organizational quality goalsMaintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area at all times

    Additional Responsibilities

    Maintain current status in required training modulesParticipate in Hazmat training as assignedCross-train in other warehouse functions and provide backup coverage as neededPerform other duties as assigned

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    High school diploma or GED, or 2 years of relevant experienceExperience operating material handling equipmentAbility to obtain and maintain forklift certificationGood verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven distribution environmentAbility to read and interpret distribution and shipping documentsStrong teamwork skills with the ability to work under minimal supervisionBasic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skillsGeneral knowledge of distribution center operations

    JOB OVERVIEW

    The Test Technician I performs production assembly operations, system analysis, functional testing, and performance optimization for moderately complex instruments. This role involves basic electrical, mechanical, and software troubleshooting to identify issues with non-functioning test equipment. The technician evaluates pass/fail performance criteria, recommends corrective actions, and escalates issues as needed. This position serves as a subject matter expert for instrument functional performance and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    Build, integrate, and understand full assembly processes and production requirements for assigned instruments.Perform functional and release testing on at least one moderately complex instrument.Analyze test data and results to determine pass/fail outcomes and recommend corrective actions.Provide system performance optimization solutions, including precision of movement and light-based systems.Identify defects and recommend design or process improvements.Read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and workmanship standards.Train and support associates in mechanical assembly and testing activities.Process and disposition quality notifications as required.Work collaboratively with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Purchasing teams.Perform standard material handling for raw materials and sub-assemblies.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment through housekeeping practices.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety and quality procedures.Manage multiple production orders and adapt to frequent assignment changes.Work overtime as required to meet business needs.Perform other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Education and Experience

    High school diploma or GED with at least 6 years of manufacturing experience, orAssociate degree in a technical field with at least 2 years of experienceExperience working in a regulated manufacturing environment required

    Job Overview

    The Instrument Assembly Technician performs a wide variety of production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. This role involves both repetitive and non-repetitive tasks, including wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, fitting, testing, troubleshooting, and rework of instruments and prototype assemblies. The technician works from diagrams, drawings, and work instructions while ensuring strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

    Responsibilities and DutiesAssembly & Production
