    The Sales Order Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately converting and entering existing sales order backlog into Microsoft Dynamics 365FO.


    Primary Responsibilities

    Enter existing sales order backlog into D365FOCreate and maintain sales orders in accordance with approved business processes and data standards.Validate customer information, shipping addresses, requested delivery dates, pricing, order quantities, and other critical order details.Verify item numbers, inventory dimensions, warehouse information, and units of measure to ensure data accuracy.Review source documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to order entry.Research and resolve data discrepancies by collaborating with Customer Service, Operations, and Business Analysts.Meet established daily productivity and quality goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Participate in backlog reconciliation and data validation activities.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating entered sales orders.Assist with data cleanup and correction efforts as needed.Promptly escalate missing, incomplete, or conflicting business information to the appropriate stakeholders.Maintain strict confidentiality of customer, company, and government-related information.

    Required Qualifications

    Experience entering sales orders within an ERP system.Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Ability to process large transaction volumes while maintaining quality standards.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to follow documented procedures and established business processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
