In need of a Development Manager that has MINIMALLY 5-10 years of (EXTERIOR) Hardscape Project Management experience, SPECIFICALLY WITH HARDSCAPE (concrete flatwork, walls, masonry, pavers, specialty finishes) and experience on Commercial, Class A projects. MUST have been directly responsible for managing multiple projects of 500k - 1 mil each, and ideally over 5 million In aggregate annually. Landscape and irrigation is a plus. Must have experience with a large subcontractor base, issuing subcontracts, managing budgets and schedules, and comfortable whether in client meetings or onsite field communication. Ideally experienced with Procore, Autodesk cloud, or other similar software and ideally for General contractors in the Metro Atlanta area.
