The Impact You’ll Make
The Maintenance Clerk provides administrative and operational support to the Maintenance Department to ensure efficient execution of maintenance activities. This role is responsible for maintaining maintenance records, processing work orders, managing parts and inventory documentation, coordinating vendor and contractor communications, and supporting preventative maintenance programs. The Maintenance Clerk serves as a key point of coordination between maintenance, operations, purchasing, and external service providers to help maximize equipment uptime and maintain accurate departmental records.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Be Responsible For

POSITION OVERVIEW

You will learn organizational skills as well as good manufacturing practices critical to food safety and the safety of our team. Work environment maintains an ambient temperature to ensure the quality of produce.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Cut and trim herbs to maximize product yieldCreate herb bundles that precisely meet the size and weight requirements of each type of containerHandles herbs carefully to avoid damaging the product during the packaging processPlaces herbs into the designated packaging containers according to customer order requirementsOther duties as assignedShift:
Mon - Sun - 4 ten hour days 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. This is a rotating schedule.
