About Us: 7B Building hold project teams and subcontractors accountable to key milestones. Coordinate closely with Development, Estimating, and Accounting teams to align resources and deliverables. Lead and mentor Project Managers, Coordinators, and field staff, fostering professional growth and accountability. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, trade partners, consultants, and municipalities. Proactively identify risks, resolve conflicts, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all projects. Provide consistent reporting and updates to leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications: Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management. Demonstrated success managing ground-up projects in the $10M–$50M+ range. Strong proficiency in project scheduling software (Microsoft Project or equivalent) and cost management systems. Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and client satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Experience with Procore, Jonas Premier, or similar construction management platforms is a plus. Preferred Experience: Ground-up medical facility construction (hospitals, clinics). Senior living facilities (independent and assisted living). Education projects (K-12 schools, universities, training facilities). Public works and municipal projects (fire stations, city administration buildings, parks and recreation facilities). Compensation
