    Overview
    (sheetmetal and CNC) We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through thorough inspection and analysis. Your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining our commitment to quality and excellence in manufacturing processes (sheetmetal and CNC).

    Responsibilities

    Must be able to read and understand blueprints fully. (Notes, dimensions, Material, finishes ETC)Must know how to use Microsoft excel.Must know how to preform FAIR inspections and fill into excel.Must know how to use inspection tooling, calipers, high gages, radius gages, thread gages, etcConduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.Utilize various measuring tools, including calipers and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), to perform precise measurements.Analyze data collected during inspections and document findings accurately for reporting purposes.Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in quality systems and processes.Implement quality control procedures and standards in alignment with company policies.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.Experience

    Proven experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing (sheetmetal and CNC)environment is preferred.Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies is essential.Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and CMM is required.Experience with data collection techniques and analysis is a plus.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify defects and recommend corrective actions.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Join us in our mission to deliver top-quality products by applying your skills as a Quality Control Inspector.     Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Deburr Technician with at least 2 years of experience to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the deburring, polishing, and finishing of sheet metal parts to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. The role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    A skills test will be preformed to test ability before hire. ONLY APPLY if you have experience in Deburring and Grinding Sheetmetal.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Perform deburring, grinding, polishing, and smoothing of edges on sheet metal parts using various hand and power tools.Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, checking for burrs, sharp edges, and rough surfaces.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to understand deburring requirements.Utilize sanders, grinders, and other equipment to remove imperfections and achieve desired finishes.Ensure work area is clean, organized, and follows all safety regulations and procedures.Collaborate with other team members to maintain workflow and achieve production goals.Document completed work and report any quality issues to supervisors.Qualifications:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in sheet metal deburring or a similar role.Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and finishing techniques.Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including grinders, sanders, and polishing equipment.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Preferred Skills:

    Experience with metalworkingKnowledge of various metals and their finishing requirements.Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.Physical Requirements:

    Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.Opportunities
