This is a hybrid position that is great for retired nurses and part-time seekers. The position will be based on the number of clients you are assigned to. Three main tasks for this position include Start of Care - the initial assessment done with new clients, 60 Day Recertification, properly keeping up to date with clients to see if there are any changes to their care ( in-person visits, as well as Telehealth), and return demonstration, training home health aides on how to properly transfer clients using a Hoyer lift, gait belt, etc.
