Command Construction Industries is currently searching for a Civil Construction Estimator to join our professional Project Management Team during a time of rapid growth.The ideal candidate should have a solid background history of project estimation, preferably in Heavy Highway construction.Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations
Bachelors degree in engineering or construction management required10 years experience doing estimation work.Execute take-offs of construction documents.Reviews construction documents and understands scope of work to bid using state and federal specifications.Obtain quotes from subcontractors and vendors for materials and labor as needed. / Prepare estimates by recapitulating material, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead costs incurred during the life cycle of a project.Develops and maintains company resource information on products, vendors, subcontractors, government requirements, etc.Attend departmental meetings as required.Help review bidding decisions for upcoming projects.Communicate plans and contract terms to relevant parties.Work with project management team to manage financial aspects of projectsSkills:

*2-3 years of RN or NP Critical Care experience required, Cardiology experience strongly preferred
*New NPs MUST have 2-3 years of RN experience with Critical Care ICU, Cardiac Care, fresh transplants &/or CV Recovery including working w/LVADs & ECMO
*Experience w/heart failure population
*Patient populations include VV/VA ECMO, Mechanical Circulatory Support, Heart Transplant, Lung Transplant, LVAD, Post-op Cardiac Surgery
*8% geographical differential for the medical center
*2-3 month credentialing process
Position responsible for providing comprehensive patient care by systemic assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, and in-hospital follow up, affecting direct patient care through the disease process according to the Texas Nurse Practice Act and our Health System Standards of Care.

Must-Haves
Must have experience as a AGACNP - Adult Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
Current State of Texas license to practice professional nursing
Certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center or National Certification Center in area of specialty or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners or the American Certification of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification
Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS); current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Two (2) years clinical nursing experience (RN or NP) in area of Cardiology / Cardiac Care / Cardiovascular Nursing
