Line Cooks are responsible for food service operations in from-scratch kitchen during operating hours (9p-3:30a). Line Cooks are responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and its equipment, and for support of front of the house staff.
Food preparation to menu specifications
Prep station for service
Complete listed tasks including bar prep
Execute orders within allocated timeframe and to specification
Organization of product, equipment, and work spaces
Cleaning work stations, storage areas, wash dishes
Work clean, keep the kitchen and everything in it clean and organized during and after shift
FOH support
Bar backing as needed, restock beer, fetch ice as needed, bussing tables, bar prep, bib replacement , FOH cleaning-outside tables, inside tables, bathrooms, front porch, floors throughout
