Partner with the Leadership Team to lead daily salon operationsOwn and elevate the front-of-house experience from check-in to check-outInspire, coach, and hold the team accountable to performance standardsHelp drive salon growth through sales, retail, and guest experience excellenceLead by example with energy, professionalism, and positivityAssist with scheduling, inventory, and overall salon organizationStep in confidently to resolve challenges and keep the salon running smoothlyWhat We’re Looking For
