3V Sigma USA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead the administration, reporting, and compliance activities associated with our domestic and international Asset-Based Lending (ABL) facilities.
This position is highly visible within the organization and serves as a key liaison between the company and its lending institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for borrowing base reporting, covenant compliance, liquidity forecasting, lender field examinations, and the financial analysis supporting accounts receivable, inventory, and working capital performance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage monthly borrowing base certificates for domestic and international ABL facilitiesMonitor compliance with lending agreements, reporting requirements, and financial covenantsLead lender field examinations and coordinate supporting documentation across multiple business functionsAnalyze accounts receivable, inventory, and payables to ensure borrowing base accuracy and maximize collateral availabilityDevelop cash flow forecasts and liquidity models to support borrowing availability and working capital planningPrepare weekly and monthly reports required by lending institutionsIdentify risks and trends affecting collateral eligibility, liquidity, and covenant complianceSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities used for executive decision-makingPartner with Accounting and Finance leadership to strengthen reporting accuracy, internal controls, and compliance processesRequirements:Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field3+ years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, financial analysis, or FP&AAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including financial modeling, forecasting, and large data set analysisStrong understanding of working capital, cash forecasting, and financial reportingExceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience
