Your role would involve managing on-site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered on time. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman with expertise in interior and exterior home repair, including stucco repair, drywall, painting, minor interior trim repairs, siding installation/repair, and general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with exterior finishes, can work independently or as part of a team, and takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform stucco patching, crack repair, resurfacing, and sealing Paint building exteriors and interiors, including prep work, masking, priming, and finishing. Install, repair, or replace siding (vinyl, wood, fiber cement, etc.). Conduct general exterior home maintenance and repairs as needed (e.g., caulking, pressure washing, minor carpentry).
