We are currently seeking motivated and caring RBT Paraprofessionals to join our growing team and provide quality behavioral intervention services in the comfort of clients’ homes throughout San Diego County and Imperial County.
This is a casual employment position offering flexible scheduling opportunities while working closely under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Position SummaryThe RBT Paraprofessional will provide direct behavioral support services to clients in their home environment by implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, professional, and committed to helping clients achieve meaningful progress and independence.

365 Home Care provides in-home respite care to individuals with intellectual disabilities from ages 3 years. Our services are provided throughout San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, and Imperial counties. Must be very competent with computer usage and Microsoft software.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Conduct in-home assessments for new clients.Appropriately schedule all caregivers to cover all shifts.Monitor schedules to ensure that overtime is not incurred without prior approval from the Director.Replace any call-outs as soon as possible, being sure not to use overtime unless prior approval from the Director is received.Complete visit verifications.Track employee vacation, personal, birthday, and earned days requested off.Be available to fill-in in on emergency bases for a call-out caregiver if no replacement is found and the family will suffer hardship if the shift is canceled.Assist with monthly service billing and payroll.Assist with other functions as assigned to support the needs of the organization.Work Schedule
Monday - Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. You may also be required to work remotely occasionally on a weekend to fill in for a colleague on vacation.
