Position Overview
360 Heating & Cooling LLC is seeking a dependable, motivated Shop Helper & Office Custodial Support team member to assist with daily shop operations, jobsite support, and facility upkeep.
This is not just a support role. Our goal is to develop and promote this position into a Shop Supervisor/Manager role, where the right candidate will take full ownership of shop operations, organization, and efficiency.
This position is ideal for a self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and grow within a fast-paced mechanical contracting environment.

Shop & Job Support
Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to active job sitesPick up materials and parts from supply houses and vendorsAssist technicians and installers with loading/unloading materialsMaintain organization and cleanliness of the shop and storage areasStage materials and equipment for upcoming jobsInventory & Equipment Management
Track company tools and equipmentMaintain accurate inventory levelsReport missing, damaged, or low-stock itemsOrganize and maintain tool storage systemsFacility & Custodial Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional shop and office environment at all timesTake out garbage and manage waste disposalClean and restock restrooms weekly (or as needed)Clean floors, work areas, and common spacesEnsure shop, office, and yard areas remain presentableWork Expectations
Ability to work independently without constant supervisionTake initiative and identify tasks that need to be completedMaintain a high level of organization and accountabilityRepresent the company with professionalism at all timesWork Conditions
Ability to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs)Work in varying weather conditions and temperaturesCombination of indoor and outdoor work environmentsPhysically active, hands-on roleQualifications
