  310 Tempering has an immediate opening for a Marketing Specialist! Come work with a growing team! Previous experience in Marketing/Graphic Design a must! Previous use of Adobe Suite, Indesign Illustrator, PhotoShop all a plus. Prior experience in video editing is also a benefit. Implements advertising and news campaigns by contracting media, direct mail, publicity, point-of-purchase, and audio-visual properties. Will be monitoring and evaluating results and adjusting message and media. Candidate will be disseminating news releases. Maintains promotional materials by monitoring and re-ordering inventory.   310 Tempering is looking to hire a 2nd shift supervisor to help start our new evening production shift. Hours will be 3:00pm until 11:30pm, M-F. Required to apply: - Minimum of 8 Years leadership/management experience. - Desire to work 2nd shift hours listed above - Good communication skills A moderate to high understanding of production flow in a manufacturing environment Willingness to work hands on with their team Able to be on feet for 8 hrs (this is not an office job) A moderate to high mechanical aptitude This is a salaried position that will start at $70 - $90k per year depending on experience and skillset Benefit package after 60 day probationary period includes: Options for Health, Dental, vision, long and short term disability and life insurance. 401k with company match, fully vested day 1 Pension program Paid holidays.
