Position: Claims Casualty Manager

We are seeking an experienced Claims Casualty Manager to lead a Casualty Claims Unit handling automobile bodily injury (BI) and uninsured motorist (UMBI) claims. The role is responsible for team leadership, claim strategy, operational performance, and ensuring efficient, fair, and compliant claim resolution.
Required Experience
A minimum 10 years claims experience with at least 2 of those years in supervisory positions.Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of automobile insurance claim practices and procedures, with special emphasis on non-standard automobile claims.Expertise in all facets including PD and Casualty claims and knowledge of the civil laws and insurance regulations within the 9 states being operated in.This person must also have working knowledge of the Underwriting side of the business and how it affects the claim handling process.General knowledge of claims systems, such as SIS, SDS, PMSC, or other branded or proprietary software.Education
College degree requiredA Law Degree or Professional designation from our industry such as a CPCU is strongly preferredManagement of 3-5 Supervisors who have 5-6 Casualty Adjusters each.Roundtable large files with Director of Casualty Claims, Litigation Manager, and/or VP of Claims.Responsibility for the Average Paid metric for BI and UMBI claims closed and timely settlements/closures.Responsibility for maintaining excellent quality of work product in the Claims Department by means of our internal audits.Responsibility for encouraging our BI Cashout program including the use of our Meds Incurred and Future Meds releases.We’re partnering with a manufacturing organization to find a Shipping and Receiving Inventory Clerk. This is a Temp to Perm position based on-site in Two Rivers, WI, lasting between 27 and 52 weeks. Shipping and Receiving Inventory Clerk Responsibilities:
Prepare, package, and ship finished goods according to company and customer specifications.Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and part numbers, inspect for damage, and resolve discrepancies.Manage accurate recording of all shipping and receiving transactions and logs.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment safely as needed.Support inventory activities by tracking movements, maintaining organized records, and assisting in inventory audits.Shipping and Receiving Inventory Clerk Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.At least 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving and inventory control, preferably in metal manufacturing.Demonstrated ability to maintain inventory accuracy and reference purchase orders to ensure material availability.Experience with shipping software and ERP/MRP systems is preferred.Ability and willingness to operate forklifts and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.Perks and Benefits:
