This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, high-growth company and play a key role in shaping operations and customer experience across multiple areas of the business. You’ll have the chance to wear multiple hats, supporting both shipping operations and customer service while learning all aspects of the jewelry industry.*Looking for candidates with jewelry brand experience: This role requires prior experience in the jewelry industry.
