    Job Summary

    The Senior Analyst willbe responsible forsupporting the development of organizational strategies, thefinancial managementand budgeting, and the procurement and contracting actions of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) and its strategic initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to ensure programobjectivesare met and aligned with organizational goals. The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in supporting long-term program success byprovidingstrategic insights and ensuring effective planning and execution. This is a full-time, on-site positionlocatedat Naval Air Station Patuxent River.

    Essential Job Functions

    Support the development, submission, execution, and sustainment of the Integrated Product TeamEnsure IPT activitiescomply withorganizational, DoD, and governmental requirementsCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather inputs,validatedata, and ensure accuracy and completenessTrack, analyze, and report IPT performance and execution dataConduct strategic and programmatic analysis to support leadership decision-makingDevelop and present analytical products, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadershipIdentifyand assess program risks and opportunities, providing actionable mitigation recommendationsBuild andmaintaineffective working relationships with internal teams, partners, and government stakeholdersCommunicate program status, risks, and opportunities clearly and effectivelySupport andfacilitatemeetings, working groups, and presentationsIdentifyopportunities for process improvements and increased efficiencyMonitor industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changesimpactingthe program

    Qualifications

    Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Strategic Management, or a related field;Mastersdegree preferredMinimum of 710 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, or a related role, preferably in a government or defense contractor environmentDemonstrated experience supporting Integrated Product Team (IPT) development and executionStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groupsProficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and WordAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of government contracting processes and regulations along with Multi-Level Security (MLS) environments preferredMustpossessan active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility
