We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee operations within a manufacturing environment. This leadership role requires a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain processes to ensure efficient inventory control, shipping, receiving, and distribution. Duties
Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.Develop and implement process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.Manage transportation planning and logistics coordination with internal teams and external carriers, including freight management and dispatching.Supervise warehouse staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and fostering a safety-conscious work environment.Utilize Excel and D365 ERP System, and supply chain analytics tools to monitor inventory levels, optimize stock control, and improve operational workflows.Prepare budgets related to warehouse operations, monitor profit & loss statements, and implement cost-saving strategies.Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective order fulfillment.Lead continuous improvement projects focused on process optimization across supply chain functions such as demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory control.Manage freight forwarding activities including shipping & receiving documentation, dispatching schedules, and freight cost analysis.Requirements
