Position Summary
The Internal Audit Supervisor provides senior-level leadership over complex financial, compliance, and operational audits. This role is responsible for directing audit strategy, overseeing execution, and delivering high-impact, data-driven recommendations to executive leadership to mitigate risk, strengthen internal controls, and ensure adherence to governmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
Direct the full internal audit lifecycle, including risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, and reportingLead audits across financial, compliance, operational, and programmatic areas, including contracts and agency functionsSupervise Audit Leads and Staff, providing technical oversight and ensuring adherence to GAGAS (Yellow Book) standardsEvaluate internal control environments using COSO frameworks and identify systemic risks and control deficienciesReview and approve audit workpapers, findings, and final reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliancePresent audit results, risk exposure, and corrective action plans to executive leadership and key stakeholdersEnsure timely execution of audits aligned with fiscal year-end priorities and reporting deadlinesMonitor and track implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actionsRequired Qualifications

1st Choice is in search of a dynamic and passionate Remote Clinical Program Manager holding a LCSW to spearhead an assessment program tailored for Medicaid members. The role is pivotal in upholding service quality and standards through program assessment, team training, and regulator compliances.
We are looking for an individual with strong leadership abilities and clinical knowledge. This individual will champion our mission, vision, and values within the Assessment Program, demonstrating dedication to continuity by strategizing, executing, and appraising processes to fulfill client needs.

WORK SETTING AND HOURS:
This is a full-time, salaried position offering a flexible work arrangement with 80% remote work and 20% onsite presence. You'll primarily work from home but will be required onsite for training, observations, and client visits, with the potential for increased onsite presence based on program needs.Despite the flexibility, you're expected to maintain a regular work schedule during core business hours Monday- Friday (8 am - 5 pm EST) to ensure availability for collaboration, meetings, and timely responses. 5 years of experience in program management or healthcare administration, with demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.Direct supervisory experience with remote and field-based social worker assessors, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in program planning, budgeting, and evaluation, with a track record of successful program implementation and outcomes.
