We have been providing locally owned and operated residential plumbing services in the Bay Area for over 43 Years. Locally Owned and Operated, we are looking for a General Manager who can play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall day to day operations.
Responsibilities:
To lead day to day operations, oversee department managers, supervisor and field leadershipImprove technician productivity, scheduling efficiency, and overall sales performanceFinancial Management and Growth; P&L responsibility, managing overall revenue, controlling labor and material cost, pricing for maximizing profitability and KPI TrackingDay to Day Operations; workflow oversight, procurement and management of plumbing inventory, equipment and fleet vehicles Human Resources; Talent Acquisition, overseeing of training and mentorship, conducting performance reviews, overseeing of technical training, sales training, and fostering a positive workplace cultureCustomer Service/Quality Assurance; Issue/conflict resolution, quality control, overseeing compliance and safety Identify operational gaps and implement solutions that improve overall efficiencyRequirements:
Experience in the Plumbing field, Drain cleaning, Sewer Installation/Repairs in service-based industryDay to Day operations and management in a field based environmentContributing to measurable performance or revenue growth Strong leadership skills, accountability and problem solving skillsAbility to build, create and implement systems and improve operation efficiency in a fast moving environmentStrong organizational, administrative, and communication skillsProblem solving, decision making abilities in a fast pace environment, Use of Industry-specific software (Jobber) and technologyBenefits
