1‑800‑STRIPER Midwest Houston is growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Associate to help us connect with commercial properties, HOAs, schools, and general contractors who need parking lot striping and maintenance services (B2B and B2C).
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and in‑person visits
Build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOAs, schools, and commercial clients
Gather information for estimates
Present service offerings and explain the value of 1‑800‑STRIPER solutions
Coordinate with operations to schedule estimates and follow-ups
Track all communication and progress in CRM (Service Fusion and Hub-Spot experience is a plus)
Meet weekly and monthly sales activity goals
Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
What You Need
Strong communication skills
Comfortable with outbound calling
Organized and self‑driven
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn the pavement marking industry
