    Description of Essential Duties Actively participate in BrandSafway's Employee Intervention System (EIS). During scaffold dismantling, from an elevated position, receive materials and pass them as part of a daisy chain (chain line) During scaffold dismantling, from the ground, receive materials and place into a rack for transport back to the scaffold yard During scaffold erection, pass materials to a scaffold crew from an elevated position During scaffold erection, unload and stage materials as directed and pass material to a scaffold crew from the ground Effectively communicate with crew members and supervision Exercise Stop Work Authority when an unsafe conditions are witnessed. Inspect scaffold components for damage and/or defects Maintain a clean and organized jobsite free from any unnecessary hazards associated with the work being performed by a scaffold crew Organize and maintain a scaffold yard, including the unloading of racks after the dismantling of a scaffold Participate in the Job Safety Planning (JSP) process Perform all assigned duties on a jobsite, as directed by supervision Provide support to a scaffold crew in the erecting and dismantling of a scaffold Utilize scaffold tools while erecting or dismantling a scaffold as part of a crew Supervisor Responsibilities None Qualification Requirements At least six months of scaffolding experience is preferred Basic oral communication skills are required High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent The ability to do basic math is desired Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk and/or hear, and/or use hands and fingers to handle or touch objects, tools, or controls. The employee is frequently required to stand, and/or walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move and/or pull up to 50 pounds (up to 100 pounds with assistance) of scaffolding equipment, which may include lifting 50 pounds (up to 100 pounds with assistance) of scaffolding above shoulders (6-7 feet) to erect and dismantle scaffolding and to load onto trucks or racks. The employee must also be capable of continuously carrying/wearing harness and work belt weighing 25-50 pounds while erecting and dismantling scaffolding. Must also be capable of climbing onto trailers or trucks and onto racks to secure and move equipment as well as climbing ladders to access scaffolding up to high, precarious places. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Work Environment The employee must be available at non-traditional hours to complete projects according to contract or job requirements. The employee regularly works in high, precarious places, is potentially exposed to fumes, airborne particles, dust, non-weather heat, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is also regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions and may work in varying degrees of confined space. The noise level is usually moderate, but may be loud at certain times while working at construction job sites. There may be work related travel.     Pay Rate $35-45/ hr Handle landlord conversations to obtain signatures on consents, letters of authorization, review fiber routes and send out notices. Execute on deliver on the day-to-day area real estate activities. Description: Review Real Estate documents to ensure compliance when an application is received
    Review and process applications within cycle time guidelines, securing consents and additional land if needed and removing restrictions that could impact the customers timely installation or prevent marketing of the tower
    Negotiate and obtain required consents, LOAs and additional land as quickly as possible and within cycle time expectations
    Perform all revenue producing services to meet projected goals and targets
    Provide timely system updates and communicate effectively with all customers, both internal and external
    Promote pre-construction and zoning and permitting services
    Work with Real Estate Manager and/or Director to ensure proper staffing is in place to deliver these services to the customer within budget and on time
    Provide current status reports to management and customers on a recurring basis
    Review zoning regulations in support of new customer applications and attend project meetings as needed keeping the District informed of zoning documentation needed from customer
    Communicate with and resolve Property Owner issues, while improving the quality of our relationships
    Ensure all landlord default claims are resolved within cure period and documents are properly scanned into company sites
    Manage projects to maximize the portfolio including leasing/selling excess land, site abandonments, negative margin towers, tower relocations and obtaining blanket consents
    Formulate and understand financial information from projects impacting financials, ground leases and customer license agreements
    Resolve all other real estate matters including condemnations, encroachment claims, easement relocations, tax liens, etc. as expeditiously as possible ensuring that company policies are followed and litigation exposure is minimized
    Work with corporate functional groups and local attorneys (if needed) for proactive resolution of property matters
    Prepare ground lease amendments for legal review
    Manage external legal vendor and minimize legal expense as appropriate

Clean walls, floors, and all other fixtures in the terminal using appropriate cleaning tools and cleansing agents. Conduct quality control tests in order to monitor processing and to ensure that standards are met. Draw samples of products for laboratory testing. Record data such as process conditions, test results, and instrument readings. Maintain a variety of records in written or electronic form regarding cleaning and product batches. Perform other related duties as assigned.
