    Purpose: Responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of a comprehensive Trainee Employee Assistance Program (TEAP), in compliance with government, corporate and management directives.

    Essential FunctionsProvides direct services to students with identified substance abuse patterns.Implements a program to provide the center with identification, intervention and alternatives to alcohol and other drugs of abuse.Assesses staff needs and provides education and training regarding identification, referrals and appropriate treatment for substance abuse patterns.     Primary Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Technicians will be responsible for service and repair of robotic ABB arm machines. Would also at times do complete rebuilds of the robotic arms. Mechanically dealing with hydraulics, pneumatics. Electrically dealing with low voltage 12v/24v, photo eyes, and sensors as well as 480v 3phase motors. Must be comfortable

    already, or easily trained, on using metric system for tooling procedures.

    Responsibilities

    Maintenance team is responsible for all assets in the plant and is divided into 8 departments:

    ProductionPackagingFacility/GroundsConveyor troubleshooting Water TreatmentParts and InventoryToolingFormaxSpecial SkillsYou will work with your team within your department to ensure equipment is operational.You'll perform daily preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment.Record and document maintenance you perform.All other relevant duties to the job.Knowledge of safe and proper use of acetylene torch for cutting and heating.Ability to perform basic plumbing techniques (soldering pipes, cutting / gluing PVC, etc.).Ability to replace basic component parts on equipment.Basic building maintenance.Knowledge of wire belt and plastic conveyor repairs, and sprocket alignment and installation.Ability to perform basic welding (stick, mig, tig, soldering, etc.).Knowledge and demonstrated ability to perform basic electrical skills in 480V 3 power.Knowledge and use of air compressors, vacuum pumps and hydraulic systems.Ability to diagnose and repair gear drives and motor assembleJob Type & Location

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
