    Responsibilities and Functions:

    Warehouse & Yard Associate – DAY SHIFT (7:30AM – 4:00PM | M–F | 70% Forklift Operation)
    Pay: $18.75/hr (aggressive wage progression program)

    Join a fast-growing fencing and decking manufacturer as a Warehouse & Yard Associate and work a consistent Monday–Friday, 7:30AM–4:00PM shift—with occasional OT if you want to stack some extra cash.

    You’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations—pulling orders, loading trucks, and keeping the yard clean and organized. If you’re forklift-certified and know how to hustle without cutting corners, we want to hear from you.

    What You’ll Do:

    Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and move materials in the warehouse and outdoor yardPull, prep, and package customer orders accuratelyReceive incoming materials and put them away properlyMaintain clean, safe, and organized yard and warehouse environmentsRotate stock to ensure efficient inventory flowComplete work orders and shipping documents with accuracyProvide a positive attitude and team-first mentality to keep things running smoothly

    ✅ What You Bring:

    1+ year of experience in a warehouse or yard roleForklift experience required – certification is a big plusAble to lift up to 60 lbs when neededSolid basic math, reading, and writing skillsComfortable working both indoors and outdoorsExperience with building materials or lumber?
