    SUMMARY

    In a full automation role, the Sr Associate Tech Engineer will provide technical engineering support on all system/equipment optimization strategies, upgrades, replacements, and modifications and ensure that all of the maintenance team operations and activities are maintained in compliance with respect to current corporate policies, industry standards, regulatory standards, and FDA standards.

    FUNCTIONS

    - Evaluate and determine if utility systems, process maintenance, instrumentation/calibration/electrical systems, and technical cleaning systems are maintained in compliance with all applicable industry standards, regulatory standards, and FDA standards.

    - Ensure the maintenance team training program, standard operating procedures and equipment/system operational standards are consistent throughout the team.

    - Participate in the coordination of technical support to the maintenance team on engineering issues, regulatory issues, compliance issues, calibration issues, quality issues, microbial/environmental issues, technical cleaning issues, validation issues, electrical issues, and process maintenance issues.

    - Assist the maintenance team during FDA and other regulatory agency inspections. Provide technical support to the maintenance team in response to the FDA and other regulatory agencies.

    - Assist the maintenance team when responding to high purity water systems and environmental monitoring alert/action notifications. Assist with the investigation on all alert/action notifications.

    - Assist with the development and maintenance of an audit program for the maintenance team and facilitate routine audits of activities, documentation, operations, and related areas to ensure a continued state of compliance.

    - Assist plant engineering in the evaluation and implementation of engineering improvements, policy changes, compliance improvements, and optimization programs.

    - Assist with the testing of proposed sanitization and maintenance procedure changes and modifications for process, utility, and clean room systems.

    Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $145,000 annually, based upon an individual's level of experience, skillset, and education.     The Description:

    Applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, and design, develop, implement, test or evaluate the Triton, MQ-4C, unmanned system in support of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Cooperative Development Program. Serves as a technical liaison between the RAAF and technical leads within PMA-262.Coordinates with the NAVAIR Subject Matter Experts Reviews (SME) to achieve airworthiness certification and release of Interim Flight Clearances (IFC) to support RAAF test and operational needs.Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation. Applies systems engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management associated with the unique capabilities of the RAAF MQ-4C.Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates software, components, or systems related to engineering or functional requirements of military weapons systems, associated support systems.

    Education & Experience:

    Active DoD Secret Clearance, required. Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or science/technical discipline, required.Master's degree or higher in a related engineering or science/technical discipline is desired.Minimum of ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience in an engineering position, three (3) of which must be directly related to naval systems.Familiarity with the execution of the NAVAIR Airworthiness and Engineering Change process is strongly desired.

The Commercial Drywall Foreman is responsible for the layout and construction of framing and drywall installations on large industrial projects on a military base. The foreman will oversee a crew of framing and drywall installers to ensure all work is completed within the scope of the project.     EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
