We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Injector to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in medical aesthetics, including botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers, along with a strong background in various clinical settings such as hospital, emergency, and outpatient care. This role involves administering injections, performing patient assessments, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort. The Nurse Injector will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional aesthetic and medical services within a state-of-the-art facility. Candidates with experience in Epic, Cerner, or EMR/EHR systems are preferred, along with expertise in sterile technique and medical documentation.

Responsibilities

Administer botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other injectable procedures following established protocols and aseptic techniques
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, medical history review, and physical examinations
Educate patients on treatment options, post-procedure care, and potential risks to ensure informed consent
Maintain accurate medical records using EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
Monitor patient responses during procedures and manage any adverse reactions promptly and effectively
Collaborate with physicians to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards throughout all procedures
Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine, including esthetic laser treatments and new injectable techniques
Assist in maintaining a sterile environment and proper disposal of medical waste in accordance with safety protocols

Skills

Proven experience in injection administration, including botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers

Our Physical Therapy Assistants, PTA, provide physical therapy services to Mt. Carmel patients under the guidance and supervision of a Physical Therapist and following a written plan of care established by the physician and physical therapist. Our PTAs assist in assessing our patients' need for physical therapy devices and interventions and instructs our patients and their family members in the use and care of therapeutic appliances and devices, such as wheelchairs, braces, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Minimum of six months experience under a qualified Physical Therapist.
Home health experience preferred.
Must be able to function in a practice environment with minimal direct supervision, accepting personal responsibility for maintaining a professional relationship with the agency's clients and their families.
Must accept responsibility for maintaining clinical practice skills learning and adhering to agency's policies and procedures on an on-going basis.

Bachelor's Degree in relation to Special Education from an accredited college or university
Must possess a valid State of Arizona professional teacher certificate with Special Education Endorsement
AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
Driver's License
Knowledge of core academic subject assigned, curriculum, and ability to instruct students and manage their behavior
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and policies affecting special education
At least one year of teaching experience with students with a variety of disabilities, including students with behavior disorders and other learning and cognitive delays, preferred.
Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.

As a Special Education Teacher, you will:

Develop and implement engaging, effective lesson plans and special education and 504 programs tailored to students' needs.
Adapt curriculum based on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), 504s, and diverse learning styles.
Maintain regular contact with parents, providing updates on progress and collaborating on strategies to support learning at home.
Create a well-organized, safe, and positive learning environment.
Implement strategies to manage behavior and ensure a productive classroom atmosphere.
Provide individualized and group instruction, utilizing specialized techniques for students with diverse needs.
Assess and track student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
Modify curriculum and materials according to IEP goals.
Update and maintain accurate progress monitoring of IEP and 504 students.
Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate records of student progress.
Collaborate with educators and specialists to support student success.
Engage in professional development to stay current with best practices in special education.
Ensure compliance with special education regulations and complete necessary documentation.
Familiar with various operating systems such as Google Suite, Microsoft applications and IEP software programs.
