    Position Overview
    The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring that all equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, managing a team of maintenance technicians, and optimizing maintenance processes to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and implement maintenance strategies including TPM and predictive maintenance programs.Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and support.Ensure all maintenance tasks are performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Manage and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance activities.Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and hazards.Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports for equipment and machinery.Train and develop team members on maintenance best practices and new technologies.

    Job Description

    Join a pioneering company in the transition from tissue processing to biologics manufacturing. As an Environmental Monitoring Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety and quality in our biosafety cabinets and cleanrooms.

    Responsibilities

    Conduct sampling activities in biosafety cabinets and cleanrooms.Monitor biohazard risks associated with tissue materials and ensure proper decontamination procedures are followed.Collaborate with microbiology and operations teams to maintain environmental monitoring program standards.Support the design and continuous improvement of environmental monitoring processes.

    Essential Skills

    Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline.Experience with GMP or GLP standards from the industry is a plusProven capability in sampling protocols and aseptic techniques.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    Experience in environmental monitoring or microbiology lab settings is preferred.Bg in biologics, biomedical, medical device manufacturing, or tissue manufacturing is advantageous.Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to lead others.Willingness to process and handle human and animal tissue-based products.

    Work Environment

    The role requires working in a business casual attire within a cleanroom environment. The work schedule consists of a 40-hour workweek, from Monday to Friday. Available shifts include: 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11:30 PM and 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7:30 AM. Both shifts will transition to a 4x10 schedule. Employees will receive a shift differential: $1.50/hr for the 2nd shift and $2/hr for the 3rd shift

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vandalia, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
