Take vital signs when issued as part of the plan of care

Foster cooperative effort among personnel by understanding the functions of other persons involved in patient care and by active participation in team and staff conferences.

Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion if documented on the hospice aide plan of care.

Participate in QAPI activities 

Participate in on-site monthly educational meetings

As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead efforts to drive sales growth, cultivate a thriving team culture, elevate the guest experience, and ensure operational excellence within your store. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Plan and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless functioning of the store. 

Maintain Key Performance Metrics as designated by Operations Management and adhere to standards outlined in the Subway Operations Manual. 

Enforce all policies set forth by Empire Hospitality Group, including compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and health regulations.
