Responsibilities include: Working closely with client staff to gain a comprehensive understanding of their database and outline expectations / necessary outcomes, recommend conversion strategy, and compile migration requirements Driving conversion data mapping activities, including defining the conversion approach/populations, determining the correct source data attributes, and analyzing source data to uncover potential data issues that may impact the conversion Reviewing and validating all mapping logic and SQLs written by ETL Mappers to ensure accuracy and completeness - and support ETL Developers and QC Testers as needed Developing SQLs/Alteryx Workflows to identify quality/consistency issues within the PeopleSoft source data - and recommending methods to cleanse the data, repair the root cause of the data issue, and/or adjust the conversion rules for migrating the data.
