Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant supports the daily operations of the site by managing access control, coordinating with contractors, assisting with purchasing, and providing support for customer events. This role is ideal for organized individuals eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
General Site Support: Manage site badge access for internal visitors. Prepare badges for new employees and contractors under supervision. Coordinate with site contractors and building owners for maintenance services (e.g., plumbing, HVAC).
Purchasing Support: Assist with small purchasing tasks using a Purchasing Card. Learn and support SAP Purchase Requisition processes. Manage receipt and service entries to ensure accurate processing.
Event Support: Assist with setup of customer events, including welcome signage and Wi-Fi setup. Stock beverages and coordinate meal orders for events.
Required Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills. Computer skills and willingness to learn SAP or similar systems. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Experience: Prefer 2+ years of relevant experience in administrative support or office environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in office administration preferred.
