What You ll Do Leading recruitment and retention efforts to attract top talent Overseeing onboarding and orientation to ensure a welcoming start for new team members Advising managers on employee relations, performance management, and compliance Managing biweekly payroll, benefits administration, and leave programs Ensuring compliance with employment laws and healthcare regulations Promoting employee engagement and a positive workplace culture What You Bring Bachelor s degree required (Human Resources, Business, or related field) 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience required Long-term care or healthcare experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of employment law, payroll practices, FMLA, ADA, and workers compensation Experience with HRIS systems Confident leadership presence with the ability to coach and support managers Why Madonna Manor?
